Baptist is blessed with strong lay and pastoral leadership. The Diaconate,
our governing body, is comprised of four members selected at large and
leaders from the following ministry areas:

Student Division: Building
young believers into mature disciples of Christ

Kidz Division:
Building children into mature disciples of Christ

Cell Group and Spiritual Formation Division: Building
adult believers into mature disciples of Christ

Body Life:
Meeting the needs of members of the congregation

Finance:
Coordinating our financial resources for our church
ministries

World Outreach Division: Outreach beyond our membership,
especially beyond our city

Property: Managing the building

Wichita Outreach Division:
Helping bring Christ's healing to the whole person, especially
among the neighborhood poor

deeper relationships with Jesus Christ through worship experiences
