Kidz Ministries

First Baptist has a wonderful selection of classes and activities for children and youth from babies to senior high.  The programs are overseen by professional staff members and are taught by dedicated and gifted Christians who have "hearts" for children and youth.

Kidz Sunday School

All class are located in the South Building and begin at 9:30 a.m. with our Praise Gathering.  Grades K through Fifth are in Room 203, age 2 through Pre-K in Room 117. Younger classes offer structured play as well as teaching in basic Christian principles in age-appropriate lessons.  Older children continue their learning of the Bible and Christian principles through interactive learning.

Kidz Church

We offer a special worship time for children K-5 during the worship service.  Children meet with their parents during the Sunday worship service to sing and pray together.  They are then dismissed to go to Kidz Church, led by our Pastor to Children in age-appropriate instruction and worship.

Wednesday Nite Kidz Gig

This program is offered for children age 2 through 5^th grade.  This is a time for Christian fellowship and Bible teaching.  Children receive points for attendance, good behavior, and Bible memory work.  The Kidz Gig Store offers prizes that may be purchased with points earned throughout the year.
